Got what I ordered

I needed filters for my cat fountian. I ordered 8 and they sent 8.

They are too small. I also thought I was getting filters for the pump

Never received my products.

I placed my order two weeks ago and nothing was delivered. Support has yet to respond to rectify the situation.

I could only find filters on the official site making them more expensive but as they are necessary I purchased them. I like they are thicker which sure to help the motor stay cleaner. I did find ordering easy. Shipping was fast and packaged well.
