Normal Replacement Pump for NPET Cat Water Fountain

The pumps are well priced and glad they were available as extras just in case because I have 2 NPET 020 fountains. The pumps last a long time if you clean them, disassemble easily and use a very small hummingbrd feeder cleaner brush to remove buildup. I was happy to see them on the website. Fast shipping. Very happy! Quality products!

I can’t submit a warranty claim because your page doesn’t work. I purchased the fountain through Amazon, the pump failed after six months. How do I get a replacement if I can’t fill out the warranty page. I sent an email and no response. Your pump warranty is two years but you can’t even follow through.

I know everyone is spoiled with Amazon but if as you say you fulfilled the order 14 days ago I have been using it for about 3 days. There were no updates on the shipping either. The pump itself is working fine. I'm sure next time I purchase one I'll look for another vendor.

Easy to order and received fairly quickly. Ended up not needing it immediately after finding cleaning instructions for the original one so it will be good to have a backup if the original one decided to die all of a sudden.

The pump replacement we received was too small. We had to figure a way to make it work by putting a small plate under it. Very unhappy about that but sending it back and getting another one will take too long. Won’t buy this brand again.
