COMPANY NEVER SENT MY WATER BOWL. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT 2 WEEKS AGO. NO FURTHER CONTACT DESPITE ME REACHING OUT SEVERAL TIMES. NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE.

Order Jan 16. Received Jan 24. When I received my product it was leaking. I reached out to the company & sent them a video. They replied back that they would send me a replacement. That got lost in the mail. I reached out again & screenshot the tracking I had. I asked for a refund. They replied back that they already sent another one. Once again..... It is lost in the mail. I have reached out asking for a refund 3 times, 3 days in a row., sending the screenshot shots of the tracking with a red alert. It's almost been a month & I don't have a product I paid for that works. & I can't get my money back neither. 🤔
Works great and we are so glad that it is stainless steel and it will stay fresh. Our cats seem to prefer the moving water of this fountain over the still water in a bowl.
