      Crap, Pure Crap and a Complete Waste of Money

      I purchased the NPET Cat Water Fountain (WF020 Transparent), as well as 2 packs of replacement filters, from Amazon on 8/8/20 for my two cats. It was an unmitigated disaster from the get-go! It is impossible to keep clean, extremely difficult to reassemble after disassembling and cleaning, and a mere 11 months after purchase, the motor has quit altogether. And, I have OCD, especially when it comes to my cats, so I maintained it regularly, exactly as instructed in the directions. What a complete waste of money!!! I can only hope and pray that the Drinkwell 360 Stainless Steel Fountain I ordered moments ago is of far superior quality. Yes, it is $20-$23 more expensive but I don’t care so long as it is easy to clean, reassemble and lasts more than 10 months!!! NPET is just another crap Asian knockoff company!

      I cannot evaluate the item purchased because my order has never been delivered. However, I can say that the service offered by the shop is very bad: untraceable shipping and delivery not made. I now have to understand how to recover the amount already paid.
